Finally getting back on track with training & just in time for taper.
Last week was my most productive week in a long time & I felt very very strong. No set backs with the Achilles & no discomfort pretty much the entire week & I was able to layer back on the strength & incline training; so hopefully this will continue.
Here's a recap of the mileage & workouts. The Kettle Moraine 100k is this coming weekend June 2nd, so I will be doing a power taper until then. Taking it VERY easy.
